Summary: Pros: good sound decent mic foldable cheap long cable 3.5mm connectors plug-and-play metal headband Cons: not the most comfortable hurts after a while I bought this headset to replace my old Sony MDR-XB500. They aren't at all gaming headsets but they were EXTREMELY comfortable and decent response. They were just missing a mic and a longer cord. So I was in a cheap gaming headset to replace them. My first impressions were good.
Summary: Okay, first off I will start off by saying this item did exactly what I wanted. I needed a gaming headset, one that would fit well, cover my ears, all of the things I was looking for, plus I managed to get it while it was on sale. It did not last long. It's a great headset, being able to fold it up and carry it around helps when you move around a bunch (LAN Gamer). It eventually developed a short in my left ear phone, it doesn't really work without some jerry rigging.
Summary: I'm a female gamer with a smaller sized head. I wear about a size 7 hat and this was way to big for me. I didn't like the feel of it with my glasses on. it put pressure on my ears. Mine arrived with parts of the plastic melted in some spots. I returned it for a refund. It has some nice features. For me it just didn't work.
Summary: I got this headset about 2 months ago after I read all the reviews and had it shipped. When I got it the box it was in was HUGE. I opened up the box and found some bubble wrap(for protection) and the box for the headset. I took out the headset and opened the box. I found a nice cloth bag to hold it, the headset, and the instructions. I took the headset and hooked it up to my iPod Touch 5(it does have a mic AND headphone jacks) and turned on one of my songs. WOW!
Summary: I ordered it and had expected good results but was greatly disappointed. The microphone was the main problem, it doesn't bend at all and the power output to the headset itself is no high enough for the microphone to be powered, in other words the microphone barely picked up anything.
Summary: I ordered these earlier this month as a birthday gift from someone, and the microphone has already died. In it's defense, while it worked, the mic did work well and there were never any complaints about being unable to hear the user. The headphone's themselves work well enough, but I feel they could be a bit more comfortable. The ear cups are a bit stiff, but are at least nicely sized.
Summary: This headset worked quite well out of the box. The audio was crisp and clear, and the bass was deep. The microphone was reasonable too. The headset looked really sturdy and made to last. Alas. The headset was hardly designed with comfort in mind. The whole shape feels rigid and inflexible, and the pressure that the headset put on my ears was enough to give me a headache after more than a couple hours.
