Summary: Great for 3 to 6 months and then you will lose your hearing in the headset guaranteed. I have RMAed one pair already and thought this issue would be properly addressed due to the number of complaints but clearly they are not the kind of company to stand by their products. I have lost faith in this product completely due to continuous failure and the brand altogether I would not put above madcatz. Brand is terrible and is junk do not waste your time or money.
Pros: Wonderful while functioning properly length of cord is great for some users Mic can be easily adjusted
Cons: Hurts the top of your head after about 2 hours of use Ear pieces will go out within 2 months guaranteed ( on my second pair in a year) Connection of wire to headset is clearly faulty and causes a short within 6 months of normal use. Ear pieces are not very cushy or comfortable after long uses.
Summary: I was just getting used to this headset when after a month and a half of normal use the mic just quit working. There was no abuse put onto the product the mic just quit out of the blue, Damn shame too the sound quality was great for the price.
Summary: The product just went out on me, right side of the hearphones. Had to use the Service Net warranty to file a claim, I won't be getting them back repaired or replaced, as they sent my a eGift card for a pro-rated amount has I had them for a while. Have to get new headphones now. If you don't mind replacing headphones every 1-2 years, you can get this and it's supreme quality, just reliability is low after 1 year.
Pros: Tight around the head so no falling off, great booming sound, players didn't have any problems understanding me or hearing me at anytime. Long cord, easy connections.
Cons: Tight around the head, so it's very uncomfortable at first, and takes some wearing for it to lose this grip, and takes some getting used to. Long cord means easy for it to tangle up or get twisted. *WARNING DEFECTIVE(model) PRODUCT!* read my other thoughts for more details.
Pros: Long cable (could also be a con- always getting stuck under my chair) Comfortable Good looking
Cons: Leaves a mark on your head even though they're comfortable. Bad sound quality and mic quality for the price. When I turn on and off the mic it thumps and takes a few seconds to unmute. The right earphone stopped working after a few months The volume controls are kinda low on the cable, but it's also preference. Can't reach loud levels (at least for me) For what you're getting, the price is terrible.
Summary: I really liked the feel and look of this headset but Tt needs to make some big improvments and tune a few things. I like to try things that aren't razr or mainstream but this time Im going to replace this w/ the razer kraken. Hopefully a superior headset.
Pros: Sound quality is pretty decent, and its built on top of a metal frame instead of all plastic. Design is pretty cool to look at as well. Doesn't feel cheap at all or appear cheap, even though it somewhat is.
Cons: Wires inside the mic boom became frayed and eventually broke, if you want to keep this for a while I wouldn't use the foldable feature of the headphones or adjust the mic. Also it squeezes the head way too tight, even after 5 months of use it never became looser. My head is definitely not fat or big by any means. Also it tends to make your head pretty hot after extended use. I found myself shifting it around on my head to try and cool other parts of my head for a while.
