Summary: Im glad thermaltake takes care of their warranty. I replaced this headset 3 times in one year before i replaced it with another manufacturer all together. Same can be said about my TTeS mouse as well.
Pros: -A brand you can trust -Inline mic mute and volume control -Nice ear design for people with gauged ears (which i have)
Cons: -Poor quality construction -Low audio quality -low quality mic
Summary: I bought 4 pair and within a month 3 stop working. I returned them for 3 new pair. Everything was going well for about 4 months then one by one the speakers just stop working. I have one pair I use now but it has a short and no physical damage. The 1800 number does not work and you have to pay to ship the headphones to a po box with no guarantee they will be fixed. Trust me stay away or get the 3rd party protection plan.
Summary: The left ear piece snapped off when I picked it up (by the middle of it, did not pick it up by the earmuff), wasn't caught on anything, didn't yank it, simply broke. Lasted only a month of me treating it very well.
Summary: This is the worst head sets I ever used. The only reason i bought it was because it said the mic quality was good and i saw ratings on that too. I shouldn"t have bought this headset. It is the crappiest everrrrrrr. It also hurts my head if i put it on for about a minute or so. I suggest you guys not to buy this head. I bet everything else is better then this........................
About what I expected until the mic line broke one month after purchase.

Summary: The wiring inside the headset is super cheap and flimsy. So the mic line can break with just the cord movement from folding the headset and wrapping the cord around it. The actual wiring to the speakers and mic are insanely cheap I opened it and realized no matter what this is going to happen its just when. If you never ever stress the cord these may last 6 months. I see higher reviews and they probably reviewed it before this happened. all depends on use.
