Excerpt: I have been using this headphones for about an year now, and at first they were uncomfortable and put too much pressure on my ears. After around nine months the cheap plastic hinge broke because of the pressure applied to the ear and I contacted Technics for an under warranty repair, however those requests have ignored.

Though the sound quality is superb, and superglue and duct tape is working at holding them together. Would not recommend.
Excerpt: Real comfortable professional DJ headphones. Will work with any mixer and uses a L shape headphone jack which minimizes damage to wire. It uses a 50mm driver which gives out loud clean sound. The larger the driver, the louder your headphones will be. This is necessary for when trying to cue up a song in a loud environment. There is no need to buy expensive headphones, these do the job and more.A Great Buy! Thanks B&H !
Pros: Comfortable, Compact, Durable, Good Bass, Good Value, Great Sound, Stylish
Excerpt: I was looking for headphones that had great sound yet can handle bass and volume when DJing. With the support of 50ohms of impedance, it really helps with handling a lot of power. I have had many issues with headphones blowing out on one or both earphones and so far its been able to handle it.
Excerpt: Bought these for listening to music with my iPod. Quality is outstanding, I need to start listening to higher bit rate files now. Bass response is great. I mostly listen to Armin van Buuren and Markus Schulz, who use these headphones and I know why they use these now. 4 stars due to weight. A little heavy, nothing major, but would have like them to just be a tad lighter.
Pros: Compact, Durable, Good Bass, Good Value, Great Sound, Stylish
Excerpt: I've been DJ for 16 years and i've tried several headphones incluiding the Sony's MDR-V700, the Pioneer's Hdj-1000 and Hdj-1500, they sound good but these Technics RP-DH1200 are better. They're comfortable the material is pretty good and the sound is perfectly balanced (good mids, good highs and perfect bass). If your looking for a REAL DJ product, go for this! If your not a DJ then go for the Beats or something else.
Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Good Bass, Good Value, Great Sound, Stylish
Excerpt: I see many DJ's wearing these headphones, I also read the great reviews on this particular headphone so I decided to purchase it. Overall the look of it looks very stylish, the noise cancellation is good, and the sound quality is great too. At first I found it a bit tight but I stretched it a bit overnight, and now its fine. After many hours of use its good to take it off for a couple of minutes, your ears will feel better.
Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Good Value, Great Sound, Stylish
