Excerpt: I bought these for my nephew as a Christmas gift and he LOVED it. Though he uses it primarily for gaming, it sounds great when I listened to classical and techno music. An excellent plus is the fact that it comes with two cables: one 11 foot long and one 4 foot long. The 11 foot cable has a switch that allows the user to toggle between mono and stereo sound as well as an in-line volume control (very handy).
Excerpt: I was looking for a lightweight and comfortable set of headphones at a very reasonable price and I found these at Staples. My head is a bit larger than most and I have had trouble in the past finding headphones that fit snuggly. This set is just what the doctor ordered. Not only do these cover my entire ears, the headphones offer a superb sound quality that equal those of my prior headphones for which I paid a lot more money.
Summary: First off, I haven't found much about these headphones reviews-wise. So, to start, I found these phones at Staples $60. I wanted a pair of cans at the time, so I decided to go for it. Even at retail price, these cans are not much of an investment.
In The Box
When I first opened the box I found a couple cables and the phones themselves. One cable was very long, 11ft to be exact, and the other was 4ft.
Excerpt: A good product for crystal clear sound and quality, with virtually zero distortion. Outside noise is not detectable. The headset, however, could be much lighter (like Sennheiser or Bose), and the only drawback for long term wear. I experienced a moderate feeling of heaviness after thirty minutes of use. Not a major concern, but one that I noticed as a pattern over the time span of frequent use.
Pros: Easy To Set Up, Easy to Use, Efficient, Quality Construction, Reliable
Excerpt: I love these TDK Headphones. They have nice long [heavy duty] wires with two different jack sizes. I use them for watching movies but I also love to use them when playing my piano keyboard. The sound is awesome.
Pros: Comfortable, Compact, Durable, Good Bass, Good Value, Great Sound, Lightweight, Stylish
Excerpt: While the sound is very good, the best features are that they are very comfortable and have a very long cord. The stereo/mono switch and volume control in the cord are a plus. I use them with my old reel-to-reel tape decks, so I need better quality than I would listening to MP3 players.
Pros: Comfortable, Good Bass, Good Value, Great Sound
