SteelSeries Spectrum 4xb

The SteelSeries Spectrum 4xb is an entry-level priced headset that provides users with an advanced soundscape and optimizes sound for gaming purposes. It provides users with the ability to pinpoint the directional sounds of footsteps and grenade drops without being drowned out by deep bass sounds from explosions or in-game chat.

Features

The SteelSeries Spectrum 4xb also provides users with access to independent audio and voice controls that gives players complete and intuitive control of volume levels for in-game audio and Xbox LIVE® communication. It also features SteelSeries LiveMix that gives players quick-button option to improve the balance and mixing of Xbox LIVE chat and in-game audio. This optimizes voice communication with or over the sounds of gunfire and explosions, and does away with having to increase the volume of the headset and risk hearing damage. The SteelSeries Spectrum 4xb is designed in a lightweight form factor that features XL-sized, cloth covered foam ear cushions that surround the outside of the ear. The circumaural design on the headset optimizes gaming experience through adjusted sound reproduction and features retractable microphone for voice communication. The microphone can be stored in the left earcup when not in use, while a control on the included Spectrum AudioMixer adjusts in-game audio and microphone volume.
