Summary: I LOVE THESE HEADPHONES. VERY COMFORTABLE, easily one of the best headphones i ever used under the $100 price range they are currently selling for. Anything less would be a complete steal... best gaming experience for a budget conscious individual. Great highs and great lows, i love the microphone and being able to make phone calls.
Summary: I had to get a replacement headset so i chose these. the crossbars have metal inside of a white rubbery covering for extra stengh it has 2 50mm soun d drivers for great sound quality the auto adjusting headband is very nice and confirtable also says steelseries on the headbacnd wich looks great the retractible mic is hidden in the earcup that you can pull out and put it back in when your done, i found that to be a very nice feture to have the mic quality isnt great but...
Summary: Sound qualitiy for a gaming headset is great, speaking about comfort 10/10, Its the most comfortable headset from steelseries, its ultra-light, its beter then the v1, at many points, microphone sounds better, leather over cloth. At all its the best headset for the price of $50. I collect steelseries, i just can recommend this headset and the neck band, with this two i am happy, having it over one year. 10/10 for both.
Summary: A few months ago, I purchased this item for a major lan event to hear the sounds of the game I was playing. I thought I would only use them once, but I'm using them at this very moment and have been finding multiple audio uses for this headset. I mostly use it for music when I'm on my computer, and when I talk on skype and tinychat. As for comfort, they have the feeling of ear muffs that can make you deaf.
Summary: First, I'd like to note that I did not experience any of the pain or fatigue in my ears from wearing these phones for an extended period of time like others have. Maybe they have a bigger head than I do, I dunno. The sound quality on these is excellent. Great bass, mids and highs were also clear and crisp. Not the greatest but no slouch either. I like that the mic retracts so you can use them for music on a mobile device/iPod.
Summary: I'll preface the review by stating that my Siberia Neckband was purchased at GameStop in April 2009, and may be of different build quality than the newer versions. That's right, I (or sometimes my sister, who frequently breaks headsets and needs to borrow one) have been using this headset for FOUR years. Compared to most headsets I've used which tend to develop issues between 8 and 16 months, that's true value for your money.
Summary: Great gaming headset, very comfortable even after hours of game play. Sound quality is very good. Would surely recommend this product to others. SteelSeries is a high end gaming company, so the prices will always be higher, but better to buy something most expensive once than keep on breaking those $20 headsets.
Summary: This headset is great for movies, games, and music. They look extreamly nice and have a ton of bass. They do slide on your head after wearing them for hours, but for the quality of this poduct I don't mind. P.S. I tried to get this to work for the Xbox 360, I didn't like having to wire my wirless controller to my tv to get it to work. So, I wouldn't buy the Neckband if your planning on only using them for the 360.
