Summary: These were my first gaming headphones I invested a little money in. Inspired by 'BassHunter' (the techno music producer/gamer) i thought these would be a pretty nice addition to my rig. Theyre nice. they feel good. They sound pretty good. They have a long cable.. almost too long. and it plugs into an extension cable that makes it suuuuuuuper long. However, there's a lot of noise pollution caused by these headphones.
Summary: I've had mine for less than a year and already the right headphone has died. Upon Googling the issue, I found that a lot of people have had the same problem. The problem has occurred in 2nd and 3rd pairs they bought as well. It appears this particular product has some notorious issues. Up until they buggered up, they worked extremely well with amazing sound quality. I wouldn't complain if they were cheaper, but for the price, I expect at least two years out of them.
Summary: I was really in debate on getting a new headset, however this is one of the best purchase I have made for my new PC. The sound is great I love the product itself. It took awhile to get the right one but I wouldn't trade the haedset for anything.
Summary: I never understood the allure of spending a lot of money on quality headsets, especially when I can get something for much cheaper that provides me the same utility and function. With that being said, I received this headset around two years ago as a gift, and it is by far the best set of headphones I have had. Personally, I have had troubles in the past finding headphones that I was comfortable with.
Summary: Being one of the cheaper headsets, you get what you pay for. Earpads hurt after about 20 minutes, mic is a clip on and not attached, and feels kind of flimsy. On the other hand, the volume and sound quality are decent and the headset looks nice.
Summary: its the steel series headset i admit, but its like they took out the mic part and replaced with plush fabric instead of foam in the earcups, its still a nice headset for 50 dollhairs, but i feel the description should at least be corrected
Summary: Well well, these are still being sold. I have owned 2 pairs of these headphones over the years. The 2nd was a replacement under warranty. Now I find myself with my 2nd pair being pretty well ruined. I have no idea what to replace it with. These are the most comfortable headphones ever to grace my head. I could keep these on for hours and my ears won't get sore or sweaty. Heck I bet I could keep them on all day and be perfectly comfortable.
Summary: Before reading this or any other review watch some video reviews only because $100 dollars is a decent amount of money but this is another oppion...ive been a long time pc/consol gammer and these headphone are Amazing, great sound quality, microphone can be tricky but using the convenient clanp thing on the headphone cord make it so you will never have to move the microphone for eating or w/e.
Summary: This is my second pair. My first pair had been dropped and sat on countless times. Finally they broke after years of severe abuse. These headphones are very comfortable and I can wear them for hours without discomfort. The Siberian V2 headset has more padding around the ears and the mic is built into the headset. I actually prefer the microphone separated as is with this set, v1. For the money the sound quality isn't that bad.
