Summary: When I ordered this gaming headset I was dubious of the manufacturer's design decision. It doesn't follow the expected ergonomics of gaming headsets, and the performance as expected is equally ground-breaking.
Conclusion: The 3H is able to fold for more portability. This feature was really useful for carrying it around, and it would probably be a breeze to take to a lanparty. SteelSeries’ top-of-the line 5H allowed you to take apart the headset, so it’s odd that the 4H is the only headset in the product...
Pros: Small and compact, Can fold together for easier transportation, Decent microphone, retractable, Comfortable, Superior sound quality, Decent microphone, retractable
Cons: Sound quality could have been better, Not suitable for anything other than gaming, Uncomfortable for wearing over a long period of time, No controls, Larger than the 3H, Not suitable for anything other than gaming
Excerpt: Steelseries has a record of bringing out top quality products, and this is no exception. The 4H is a headset that has large ear cups, surrounding the ears completely. This lets you immerse yourself more in your gaming environment, while also reducing background noise from other sources.
Summary: Very, very good headset if you need to hear everything that's going on in a game (FPS competitive gamers take note). Only gripe is that the cable is kinda short, and the mic isn't brilliant quality (7/10).
Summary: I was a little disappointed with comfort they provided. Volume of the high
notes is so much louder than the volume of bass and mids, so I had to adjust
the equalizer a little bit to get correct volumes.
