Pros: It is compact and has a cool factor when you first get it. Just wait a couple of weeks....
Cons: Doesn't work with the iPhone app, but that's not completely the BT fault. It drops connection with the phone, at times the other person hears background noise more than me and it now has made everyone sound miles away. Stay away.
Pros: I am EXTREMELY particular about sound quality (and background noise) b/c I make my living on the phone. I let the AT&T sales dude talk me into the fact that it has a cool app (sounds cool at least until you install it), and it's fairly compact.
Cons: Unpredictable, app would not always work to connect or tweak headset...BAAAADDD!!!
