Pros: Comfortable. Connects easily.
Cons: Poor Sound Quality. I can't run water, sneeze, open an envelope, or anything that makes sound. it gives very short notice when the battery is low. I had a Motorola that I lost that told the battery level whenever it was turned on. I think I'll look for an
Pros: Lightweight, good fit. Excellent sound quality. Dedicated power switch is nice. Holster for carrying unit in the pocket is really nice.
Cons: Noise reduction is worse than zero. Tech savy callers claim background noise is far worse with the Sound ID than with the iPhone alone. Unit occasionally has trouble keeping connection with phone, so voice keeps saying "Disconnected--Connected"
