  • Summary: With abut 60hrs burn the sl300 really open up while the bass become not as tight the mid's sound better and not as recessed
  • Pros: Very comfortable, has a lot of features from light up badges able to turn the the output to high or low, and active noise canceling, pre-empted (pro/)
  • Cons: Buzzes when near certain objects, needs two AAA batteries, Mid's are recessed, the sound canceling is poor, and better options are out there

Soul by Ludacris SL300wb

  • Summary: I bought these as i wanted a pair of noise cancellation headphones to mute out annoying people. I also wanted a stylish looking pair of headphones so that i would be respected by my crew. I decided to get these stylish pair of personal music players. They arrived after 5 days (two of those days being weekends) much to my delight. I unboxed these badboys and tried them on. My thoughts? Without noise cancelling they sound nice.

  • Summary: I like to have a good set of headphones for flights. They did exclude noise but were very bulky though comfortable and seem to be solidly built.

Better than Beats

adam smith, Amazon
5 June 2012
  • Summary: I bought my Ludacris souls to replace my beats, and I have to admit that with the RRP being lower than the Beats I expected them not to sound as good, but they aren't just louder but they also (in my opinion) have better sound quality as well. The light feature is fun and they even look really cool. The feature of not needing batteries for them you work also puts them above Beats that need batteries to play any music at any quality.
