Summary: The replaceable cord is a good feature since that is usually the point of failure for headphones. Never faced an issue with the ear coverings coming off since the era of portable cassette players.
Pros: These headphones sound good, Great for games, movies and audio streaming. Replaceable cord. Tough and strong headband
Cons: The ear pads fall off. Usually it is one at a time, but right now it is both at once, which prompted this posting. This started shortly after I purchased them. I use them for the computer desktop and treat them gently - you have to considering the coverings will fall off so easily. Certainly not made for an active or animated listener on the go, let alone a sedentary game player.
Summary: Got these on a Black Friday special; because of that I will keep them. They are too uncomfortable for extended use, which is too bad because they have a lot of promise.
Pros: The sound from the headphones is good; haven't done extensive testing. The earcups seal out noise from the environment rather well.
Cons: I have a hard time with headphones that grab my ears too tightly. Generally I prefer earcups that encircle my entire ear. These earcups do a good job sealing out sound but they make my ears quite sore after even 30-45 minutes of use.
Better than beats, but average compared to the best of the rest.

Summary: OK, so I'm a BASS head, I love the rolling bass of Old Skool DnB and Jungle (Such as Mad Ragga Jon & Stetly - Fall Down (Dubplate "Dreamscape 10" Mix), the uplifting beats of Old Skool Trance (Mark EG & M-Zone stuff) and the chilled bass "riddims" of Reggae. My daily headphones are the awesome Sennheiser HD650 Reference Headphone , matched with a Graham Slee Solo amp (& VDAC). I use these everyday, working from home.
