Summary: It's a fair item. the pre-amp Volume or Headset output is much lower than the NoiseHush NS560 if your going to use it on streaming music to your Home Amplifier or powered Speaker; But, the "Vocal" is fine to Good enough for me- enough to hear well and the reception to the other side is good also, the issue is that it does cuts off often though (not good if your making a business deal service call while your on the go! - makes your client feel you hang-up on them!
Summary: Great product. Just the clip is difficult to use on soft fabrics. Power is good, volume is good, light weight. I mostly use it at the gym and at home with my tablet connecting the SBH20 to the desktop speakers.
Excerpt: Not pairing with my Ssung Y Duos mobile. Working with Moto G mobile. Courier packing was OK. But inside product packet found not intact. Product come to my hand with seal break packet. So, I am worried about the product. Sound is very beautiful.
For 2200, this is good. If you can add another 1.5K and go for better sony headsets

Summary: I used to own the much better and more expensive Sony MW600 (3.K). Compared to that this is a rather lower end offering. 1. Build Quality: Looks well built. Nothing to complain here. Hope the bundled headphones survive long. The buttons are hard to press. The attached clip is strong and can be rotated - this ensures you keep fiddling for buttons if you have changed the orientation of the device 2. Voice quality: This is very good.
