Excerpt: These headphones technically are very able as headphones. The texture along the top of them however started deteriorating very soon after purchasing them. Maybe a few months went past and the headphones looked terrible.
Summary: I fancied over ear monitoring and these are ok. I go these to compete with my wifes Sony MD55 which I really like and for the money hers are pretty good in the mid range with a nice subtle bass. These I find not as clear overall soundwise, and they are quite tight on the ears.
Summary: I've had a listen to them n-store with my iphone4 and found the sound is overall pleasing. Nothing harsh across the sonic spectrum. Meaning they do not sound harsh in the high-end and the mids won't harass your ears. Yet they do manage to deliver a fair amount of detail.
Summary: After a quick listen, the sound quality seems to be decent with these headphones, they also look great. But the title clearly says over ear headphones. They are in no way over ear, not unless your ears are tiny. The gap for your ears is no larger than a 50p coin.
