What I expected

Matthew S., Newegg
9 December 2013
  • Summary: The ear padding isn't that great but I don't find it so bad that it irritates me. For $12 I didn't expect anything amazing, and I didn't get it. A casual pair of headphones for casual listening. I hate earbuds, so I got these.
  • Pros: It was cheap Short cord, who needs more? Not me!
  • Cons: The hard plastic resting on my head irritates after a few hours of wear. Left ear seems quieter at times.

Diffrent

Richard B., Newegg

  • Summary: For 25$ Head phones it lives up to the price. if u are cheep like me.
  • Pros: Great sound and very well protected.
  • Cons: My number one problem with this is that it doesn't fit around my ears. I thought by looking at the picture i thought it did. Also there is no padding on the top of the arch so prepare for uncomfortably. The cord is a bit short would be nice if it was 1 foot longer. The ear mobility is very loose....

Great!!

Jessica b., Newegg
23 October 2013
  • Summary: Over all ok for now they will do but will upgrade at some point.
  • Pros: This is a great refurbished sony head set at price for performance depending on what style music you listen to & what song it is, some songs sound better then others but I will say has great highs, mid & lows not the best on the market but well worth it if you do not plan on pounding them at full...
  • Cons: None other then I wish they did not crackle at highest level on my iphone on any song at all.

cans

Adam D., Newegg
29 November 2012
  • Summary: I am not an audiophile. I cannot hear a difference after speakers break in. I CAN hear missing tone ranges and muddy sound, if it exists. These have the sound quality of $100+ units, build quality of $30 ones. I recommend them if the cons listed don't bother you. Go big on your headset for a change.
  • Pros: It's headphones like these that earn the name of cans. They are large. But they are also light with roomy, detailed sound under the comfy earpieces. I don't wear them for more than an hour at a time, but they seem plenty comfy for longer sessions. They adjust in height if needed. Sound is clear, ...
  • Cons: You feel like a air controller with massive ear protection. I left thee feet of the cable coiled and tie wrapped. No volume adjustment - better for sound quality, though.
