Summary: since no one has dropped a review for these headphones i might as well. these are totally terrible. they sound stage sound really really bad. the bass is totally bloated and is very much full of distortion. maybe the looks are prolly the only decent thing about these. all in all its a waste of money.
Summary: Not good for ipods, phones or other MP3 players. Pocket sized devices will not have enough power to drive these properly and will get very little bass response from them.
Pros: I've had these headphones for about 7 years and I use them on my computer with a Creative X-FI sound card so I have enough power to properly drive them. After tuning my EQ The bass is good but not spectacular, the mids are very good, while the highs are nice and crisp. Best home use headphones under $20.
Cons: These headphones have a high resistance of 70ohms, because of this it takes a lot of power to drive them and if you use them with a MP3 player or phone you won't have enough power and you won't get much bass response. I find myself adjusting them every hour to keep them comfortable.
Summary: These will work if you are in a pinch for a set of head phones and have little cash.. Other wise I'd say hold out for a better set...
Pros: Cheap.. Long cord .. Easily fits my headphone jack on my television..
Cons: Cheap in the aspect, I have to really crank up the volume to hear with these things.. My old headset, a Philips brand, I could easily hear at volume level 15-18.. With these Sony, I need to crank the volume to 40-45 to hear things properly..
Summary: These are cheap for a reason. You get what you pay for. There are 2 plugs included: you can screw off the large one and use the small one for pc audio plug.
Pros: Sound OK. Good enough. Bass is not excessive. Comfort: cups on ears are very light BUT..................
Cons: ..the plastic simply cuts into my head-it was so unbearable that I ended up using foam cosmetic pads to make cushions out of. Only one of the plastic wires even touches my head the other is mis-aligned. Weight rests on one thin plastic strip with no cushion..... NO VOLUME CONTROL. NO VOLUME CONTROL. Big surprise to me.
