Great bass and extremely durable!

Dizzy D, Amazon
15 May 2013
  • Summary: Had these for almost 2 years now and they have served me very well. As the name suggests they have a great heavy bass which is good if that's what you're looking for. They also have 3 different sized buds which are good for fitting different shaped ears.

Charlie, Amazon
26 December 2012
  • Summary: I did not realise I had another Amazon account and that it was there that I bought these headphones. Here is the review I wrote under the other account with the Amazon Verified Purchase missing. It will be included on this review because I can see the box below.

wow, 2.5 years and still perfectly working! inimitable sound (and build) quality!

Marcell, Amazon
30 November 2012
  • Summary: I bought them in June 2010, and it's December, 2012 now. They've since been in daily usage with various mobile phones, tablets, laptops etc. Ok, the gold plates from the plug have now worn off, but the sound is still 5* just like it was after they first time "broke in" during their first week.

Excellent Earphones.

Charlie, Amazon
25 November 2012
  • Summary: I read a lot about Bose and a lot about Sennheiser, two types I have never tried. I own these ones by Sony though and I can attest after daily HEAVY use they are still kicking a year later. Since I got my first Sony Walkman in 1982 I have never owned a pair of headphones half this long.

Mr. M. P. Bell "Martin", Amazon
14 January 2012
  • Summary: Pros: > Excellent sound. > Have lasted me 2 years and there is no degradation in quality of sound nor physical quality. > Love the design touches: -> left ear phone is identified through touch so no need to look at them before putting on. -> cable and phones are robust and resists tangling.

Good Sound Bad Design

Kat Merican, Amazon
10 January 2012
  • Summary: I bought these headphones as an update from a pair of Philips which had originally cost me £30, so I hadn't started out super cheap, but wasn't coming from the top end of the market either. The sound is noticably better than other earphones I've used.

Unbeatable price for a really good product

TheTechGeek15, Amazon
27 November 2011
  • Summary: This is the second pair I've bought of these headphones, sadly a few years of constant use had the better of the first pair. At the price point of these however I really don't mind shelling out on a new pair especially after getting a good few years out of the last.

Just what you would expect for the price.

Robbie, Amazon
14 November 2011
  • Summary: Great pair of headphones, the bass is definitely good, just that bit better than your average pair of in-ear headphones, more depth and power. At first it seemed that the bass overpowered the higher frequencies such as vocals, but after a while of listening the headphones seem to have broken in a...
