Dont buy

Mike M., Newegg
18 June 2014
  • Pros: decent quality
  • Cons: i bought these from a target a few years ago, they are a very good cheap pair of headphones but i bought them for less than 50 dollars. At this price of over 130 it is a complete ripoff. For 130 dollars you can get way better headphones.

Great Headphone, but the price has gone up considerably

Jon R., Newegg
11 April 2014
  • Pros: Great Sound Quality Great Price at the time (Only $45 to included being shipped to Afghanistan) Bass is very nice for the price. Good Range. Cord is long enough for most uses. Comfortable.
  • Cons: None really, aside from just on a whim looking up the cost of these now compared to when I bought them in 2011. About a $90 increase in the last 3 years. I mean, really, are these contending with Beats by Dre or something like that? I would have to say I would not buy these at this price unless there was more that came with it.

Confortable

  • Pros: Very comfortable. Could be a little tighter on the ears, the pads are very soft.
  • Cons: Ears get a little warm on hot days after 2-3 hours use.

  • Summary: I got these headphones for my son who loves to have his ipod so loud that I can hear his music from another room. Now he can have the music up very loud and I CANNOT hear it while I am right beside him! He loves the style and comfort of the headphones and I loved the quality for the price.

  • Summary: For the price, you cannot do any better. The bass is punchy and it doesnt ruin the mids or highs. Way better then my friends skullcrushers which runs on an external amp and power. I use these headphones almost everyday during school. It may not drown the sound when off but when put on maxinum or a little above halfway on my ipod, it drowns the sound pretty good. I mainly listen to dubstep, house, rap, and hip hop and it delivers. These headphones are also very comfy.

  • Summary: They okay but after a while they put pressure on my ears. They used to have those same kind in earbud. Form I would recommend those.

  • Summary: I have now purchased three of the Sony MDRXB300 headphones - one for me, and one each for two of my children. We all love them. First of all, the soft cushioned headphones are extremely comfortable, and cut out a lot of external noise. I am able to wear these for hours without them hurting my ears. The sound is excellent, and my children agree. The flat cable is strong - none of us have experienced short circuits or other problems.
