  • Summary: The MDR-W14L's are slightly better than the MDR-W08L's, but that still doesn't make a good-sounding headphone. There is a little bit of bass response, but the mids and highs are muddy and can-like. Also, there are unpleasant sibilance spasms in these headphones. The headband is a bit wider than the W08L's, but the will still break sooner than you might expect.

  • Summary: Don't waste even five bucks on this junk. Get Sennheiser HD 433s for a few dollars more and have true high fidelity rather than jap trash distortion nowhere resembling music. It's just too bad you can't give zero stars here.
