Excerpt: I purchase these in June of 2013. I've had them for two months and have nothing but great things to say about these headphones. I watch TV at night while my wife sleeps and these allow her undisturbed sleep while they are very comfortable for me to wear six to eight hours. They sound incredible, the volume is louder than I ever would listen to music or television. They were simple to install and I have NOT had any problems to date.
Excerpt: Permanent static regardless of what I do. I can hear sound but the static is still there. Even if the audio jack is not connected, the static is still there. Seems like it's an issue with the base.
Excerpt: Since my hearing is impaired, anything that helps me amplify sound so I can enjoy time with my family is a treasure. I still need to use closed captions on most movies and TV shows but it's treat to hear the voices and music along with it. It was always just disruptive noise to me before, even with hearing aids. I'm really grateful to be able to share watching movies and TV with my family again.
Excerpt: These headphones are cheap in every way. The earpeice broke and they stopped charging after 3 weeks. The static is maddening, and now I can not use them AT ALL because the headphones won't charge! Buy something else. FAIL Sony!
Excerpt: These wireless headphones do a pretty good job of sound quality and comfort. They work well in the immediate area of my living room. They are sensitive to radio frequency noise generators (TV, computer, playstation, etc) and seem to work best line of sight. The only problem I have found is the noise reduction system pumping during extreme low frequency playback (pipe organ 10-20 hz), which you would normally never encounter.
Excerpt: I'm satisfied with my purchase. They are a bit staticy, but provide a good movie experience. The static is acceptable. If you plan on using these for music, look else-where. I bought these because I live in a condo and hate watching movies with the volume so low. These offered a solution. I have a great movie watching experience, and my neighbors can sleep at night. Wifi at 2.4ghz will cause crackling at times. BUT.... Any rf audio is gonna suffer from this.
Excerpt: So, I've long been wanting a good wireless headset that could connect to both my computer and office Blu-ray setup (40-inch Google TV in this case) at the same time. So far, this is the best set I've seen on the market, and while it's close to perfect it has a couple of minor issues that prevent me from giving it five stars. - First, the PROS: - Nicely built, super sleek, yet very comfortable and light, I could wear these for hours.
