Excerpt: I can not say enough good things about the Sony MDR headphones. I started researching different headphones that claimed to be comfortable. My old set killed my ears not to mention they did not filter out any noise whatsoever. For me the noise filtration of this Sony set was an added bonus. Another nice feature was the case. Love it. It prevents tangles and lets me get to my gym workout much sooner because I am not wasting time untwisting the cord.
Excerpt: The Sony MDR-EX71SL Consumer Headphones rock. I use them on my i pod and the sound is amazing. The are comfortable to wear and they don't slip like some others that i have tried. They really keep the noise out too. I hardly notice the noise around me when these are in. I like that they are small and compact and i can just toss them in a bag without anything happening to them.
Excerpt: These are fairly priced and us parents don't have to listen to whatever our teens are listening to when they use these headphones!!!!!! I have two teenagers and they are always listening to their music. The horrible part is when they really like the song that they are listening to, us as parents also have to listen to that same song with them!!!! My son bought a pair of these headphones and I can't hear that screeching coming out of his ears like usual.
Summary: Sound quality is unbelievable. Most comfortable. Soft & flexible where wire meets earbud. Can fall asleep without them hurting your ears. 1 side longer than other so you can drape it around the back of your neck so it won't interfere with things going on in front of you. Perfect for motorcycle helmets. I bought 5 pair.
Summary: I own some much more expensive headphones (like Klipsch, B&O), but these kick the living [*]out of those! Smooth, velvety sound. Nicely boosted bass. Silky treble. Any piece of music in these is an ear candy. Plus, these give you the best noise isolation out of all headphones I tried (well, except for the noise-cancelling ones). At this price, I'll buy 5 of these and throw them out when the cables give out (as they inevitably do after some abuse).
