Standard Headphones

Nicolas, Target
29 July 2012
  • Summary: I just purchased these headphones today because my old pair was destroyed in the washer.. I would have to say I find these headphones fairly standard. I like the design and the construction seems to be okay. The sound quality on the other hand is not the best, but it does the job. Overall for the price range in which these headphones stand I would say they are GOOD not great for the money.

Great sound, poor durability

SEYMOUR DUCK, TigerDirect.com
21 May 2010
  • Summary: Got a pair of these as a gift from my aunt and was pretty impressed with how comfortable they are. I use my iPod Touch for music on average about 4-5 hours a day and never made my ears sore or strained. However, the cord gets tangled often and that caused it to start cracking in places. That in turn made it catch and tangle more and about a month later there's a major short and the left ear bud is usually doesn't play sound.

Pretty and Durable

  • Excerpt: "...cash. I stumbled across this Sony pair online and was very taken with the design. I paid around £10 which was more than usual but still cheap by most peoples standards. That was in July last year and these are still going strong which makes them the longest lasting earphones I've ever owned! The earphones have a rather unique design -the outside of the earphones are round and a shimmery pink colour which I think make them look like pearls. They're ...

  • Excerpt: "...them falling out. Usually Sony can be quite expensive, but this product has all the typical good quality of Sony, but very inexpensive. I've had these headphones for over 2 months and have had no trouble with them at all. None of the pieces have broken and the quality has remained unflawed. You also get two different sets of the part that actually goes into your ear, which you can put onto the headphones if the original ones are too big or too small. ...
  • Pros: good value for money, inexpensive, everything you want in a pair of headphones except .  .  .
  • Cons: wire length and how easily it tangles
