Excerpt: I'm admitted obsessed audiophile - lots of high end equipment for 24 bit listening, But I was so amazed by Sony's MDR-EX100IP iOS Earbuds that I bought a second pair. Why, you might ask, would an obsessed audiophile by inexpensive earbuds? I bought them for using with my iPhone on power-walks. And when I first listened to them I was stunned by several things: 1. Their 'natural' sound.
Pros: Clear Signal, Fits well in ear, Good Sound, Good Volume Control, Lightweight
Excerpt: There is just something about how Sony makes these earbuds that stands out from the rest. I like the way they fit and the way they sound. I am VERY particular about how music sounds and I have to say that these will deliver the sound you will like. They don't look very beefy but the last pair I had lasted over 5 years so I imagine these will do about the same.
Excerpt: The headphones produce adequate sound. They seem to fall out of my ears while running. The loudness/iPhone control is hard to operate without taking left headphone out of my ear. The ergonomics of the control unit requires some work for sure (maybe more grippy material for one?). Over all a decent set of headphones for the price, but some of the issues could have been fixed.
Excerpt: I love all the features that comes with this device. Pause, skip track, volume control, and even the ability to answer a phone call while listening to music. These are much better headphones then the S4ii models are are the best headphones with these features in terms of specs for your dollar. No cons really that I can see.
Pros: Comfortable, Compact, Durable, Good Bass, Good Value, Great Sound, Lightweight, Stylish
Summary: You simply can't beat the price or the Sound and they work great with my iphone, I listen to all kinds of music and have over 5000 songs on my phone and more on my iPod. The transient response is lighting fast, the bass is natural, vocals are spot on, the highs are smooth again very natural. Basically they handle all kinds of music from metal to reggae to jazz, blues, blue grass, electronic ,punk, r&b, rock and classical.
Summary: The headphones have OK quality..but the bass is really really bad..a 10 dollar headphones online can deliver better quality and bass. The main reason why I bought this was because of the in-built microphone and hoping it would last a long time. Its been a month but its still standing. I won't recommend anyone to buy this, I obviously will not be buying this ever again.
