  • Summary: Hi there, I have had these headphones for a while now and feel like I know them well enough to review them now.  These are good headphones.  The sound quality is very good.  Not audiophile good, but good.  If you want these for watching movies and maybe not so much for music, then I highly recommend them for that function.  The quality of the technology which produces the "surround" in surround sound is good enough.
  • Pros: wireless, uses HDMI and supports DTS-HDMA and Dolby True HD, Good Sound, Plenty of Bass.
  • Cons: Wireless is on 2.4 Ghz band, frequent dropouts, not enough HDMI inputs, very expensive, can only get from Japan.

  • Summary: Hey guys here are a few Japanese links in case they help.  P.S. I am a football and hockey-playing English-speaking guy so sorry I can't translate haha:   http://translate.google.com/translate?hl=en&sl=ja&tl=en&u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.sony.jp%2Fheadphone%2Fproducts%2FMDR-DS7500%2F         Hi Head-fi fans,   First of all I must thank you for the incredible reviews and posts on this site.  It has helped me a ton.
  • Pros: No problem with blu-rays with DTS HD-MA/TrueHD, clear crisp highs, good sound separation, HDMI passthr.,closed-ear to keep it quiet for your wife/kids
  • Cons: Overpriced? but the first to market (around 500USD)

  • Summary: These earphones are sublime. They are not cheap but you get what you pay for. There's no real bad points as such ,sometimes i forget that the earphones almost have a mind of their own and upon taking them off for a sec, they switch the tv sound back on ,much to the annoyance of every one else in the house and battery life is so good you'll forget to charge them. These are not even really bad points as such because it's hard to find fault.
