Excerpt: The sony headphones worked well while they lasted. After all sweating and running with them they eventually gave way, lasting only a summer. Also, as a female that wears earrings, wearing these and wraping them around your ear was annoying as it would interfere with my earrings and even caused me to loose one. Other than that they worked well, sound was good, not bothersome. Good buy for the price.
Summary: I loved these earphones. They had a long cord, and a clip so I could prevent the cord from flopping everywhere while I ran. The earphones stayed in my ears nicely. I ever washed and dried them the first week I owned them and they worked perfectly. After about 9 months of use, the right earphone just died...no warning. I'd like to order another pair, but $15 is a bit much for disposable earphones.
Summary: These headphones sound great but they don't work for me when I run unless I wear a hat to keep them firmly in place. The bouncing causes them to fall out and hang loosely on my ears, which makes the sound weak and tinny. If you are a runner, go with a different version like the over the head vertical option.
Summary: I've had this pair 2 or 3 different times over the last couple of years. They sound and work great for most normal applications, and they're very comfortable. They're not great at the gym or running, though. Perhaps my ears are just different sizes, because my right earphone never fits as snugly as the left one. That would be fine, except that the right earphone ALWAYS craps out in the middle of a workout because of sweat. Mono sound ain't cool.
Summary: They work best when you're in a vertical position. Lying down, they shift, but at least they don't fall out. I can't speak to the sound quality re music, I was only listening to the tv in the room, not music, besides I'm no expert in that regard, sorry.
Summary: I have used this item with Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 that I have also bought from Amazon. The sound is good not great! But when I plugged it in the 3.5 mm of Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 it did not fit at 100%!!! Still you can hear the sound fine yet if you moved the wire accidently then you may not hear a thing. Not suiting the ears perfectly and they are a little lose which is normal as they are not expected to fit anyone ears perfectly.
Summary: I bought these because I was having issues with the buds that go directly into your ear. They work great out of the gate then, the right ear piece would slowly fade out. I thought it was just me so I bought a second pair and the same issue I think it must be some kind of defect.
Summary: I bought these at a big box store and paid $3-$4 dollars more than they are selling for on Amazon. I use them when I am at the gym and the sound is good and I find them to be comfortable. My only complaint, and it is a big one, is the clip. The way it attaches to the cord is weird, and the way it opens and closes down on your clothing to secure it is totally unlike any clip I have seen before.
Summary: First off, the don't sound amazing, but what do you expect? We are talking about some moulded plastic that cost less than $20. The biggest issue I have with these headphones is their inability to handle sweat. A hint of moisture near the ear and they quickly short out. For me it was always in the right ear. Very annoying - should have bought the Sennheiser Adidas ones...
