Pros: I'd like to say that these earphones are for your needs. I was using the JVC marshmallows from wal-mart, and man these kick their butts. I love how the cord is rope-like instead of rubber-like. These are definitely worth the buy. You don't have to worry about cleaning these out either and they th...
Summary: if you're looking for a good pair of headphones around $25-$30, ditch these for a pair of Sennheiser CX380 or the CX300's. Unless you listen to the new wave trance nonsense (which falls under the demographics marketed by skull candy). For those who are looking for clear, crisp mids look elsewhere.
Pros: great bass levels, fair price, stylish design and nice packaging. comes with 3 different ear sizes so they fit perfect. feels sturdy and well made
Cons: mids and trebs aren't as clear or loud as I'd like. When listening to acoustics (or anything non-trance for that matter) these headphones are completely worthless. more suited for listening to dub step or other music genres with heavy bass. Also the pair I received did not come with the braided c...
Summary: Not really anything wrong with these and for the price range I think an excellent value. Yes, I know there are some out there that like to take an elitist approach and bash Skullcandy but I have more expensive buds (very respectable brands) as well, and I use these the most.
Pros: * Nice sound isolation * Clean Mids and Highs * Fairly strong bass * Very comfortable * Solid Fit
Cons: * Fairly strong bass (this will be a plus for some and a minus for others but these buds produce strong and large amounts of bass compared to the other buds i use) * Sound isolation (not the best choice for driving or wearing at work)
Summary: Not sure what the life on these will be, but if you're looking for a budget pair of phones that might last a while, I think these might be the ones. My next choice woulda been the Audio Technica ones here, but then I woulda paid twice as much, and the sound in these really is fine for walking around...
Pros: Bass is great, mids n highs sound like they're stuffed in a sad, sour metallic blanket. Ya know what, it's really not that bad. I consider myself somewhat of an audiophile and you really gotta listen to hear the tin can noise coming from the high end. The bass though, is seriously good for an ear...
Cons: Maybe a little uncomfortable if I wear them for too long. The little metal knob on the outer portion rests in my ear and becomes bothersome after some time.
Summary: These are going back and I'll try to find a pair that stay in my ear.
Pros: They look freakin' awesome. Sound is about 15% better than my stock earbuds
Cons: Won't stay in my ears. Maybe it's just the freakish shape of my ear canals but I tried every combination of the 3 sizes of plugs and they continued to fall out. I was also disappointed that the cables are not the nylon braided type that are show in the picture.
Pros: They sound really good on my android phone and 3ds.
Cons: I got mine and the first thing I notice is that the cable was not braided in nylon it was just plain rubber is this a defect or are they just starting to make them like that? I know 1 thing the advertisement states that it's a braided nylon cable so what went wrong here??
