Summary: Great headphones in terms of sound and clarity, however very poor design. The skull candy branded black fitting around the ear piece fitting keeps coming off. It would not stay on and had to superglue it on. Would not recommend it because of this issue.
Summary: Got these after reading other positive reviews. I'm no audiophile so I can't comment on response to different frequencies and all that stuff. They do fit well, they are comfortable, they work with my ipod and to me they sound just fine.
First time of using this weekend and they don't work

Summary: These will be reported as faulty. I've had them a few weeks now and went to use them for the first time this weekend when flying to Berlin. Something is wrong with the 'mic' button. Seems to be permanently low sound unless you hold the button down. Tried in another device and exactly the same problem. Lets hope the replacements are better.
Summary: go through headphones about every 2 months due to excessive use at gym so tried these. cheap and very good quality. metal back with good fit, sound is smooth and clear with non of the excessive bass that spotty youths seem to like. sound is akin to the Phillips headphones that cost £30 full price in argos. (normally 50% off every couple of months) which are the best alternatives I have found.
Summary: I use a lot of public transport when I travel and hate listening to other people talking really loud. This magnifies the sounds around you, ie. The bus engine, people talking loud on their phone and traffic noise.
