Summary: Amazon Verified Purchase ( What's this? ) This review is from: Skullcandy S2TTBZ-CZ Titan Earbuds, (Chrome) (Electronics) I have owned two pairs of these now and loved them both. I didn't realize how great the sound quality was until my first pair broke and i bought a pair of the skullcandy ink'd earbuds. The ink'd earbuds were almost painful to listen to, the highs were so intense and irritating.
These blow away standard iPod earbuds- no comparison!

Summary: I bought these because I commute on the train frequently and wanted something with passive noise cancellation. I don't want to bother switching batteries all the time so this fit the bill. All the useful reviews preached about the sound quality and noise cancellation- all of which are true. I have a pair of Senheiser hd555s that I bought new a few years back for roughly $150. These earbuds give almost the same sound!
Summary: Being familiar with the lower end of Skullcandy's line and hearing great reviews about the Titan, I decided to finally spend a little more for some better quality. I can say that I would definitely make the purchase again. The mids and highs are even better and more defined than either the ink'd, smokin buds, or the fmj's. The bass these things produce with the comply tips is absolutely phenomenal to be honest.
Summary: These headphones have done everything that i wanted them to do and more. It has rich bass, great mids and trebles and nothing sounds distorted in anyway. I had a set of skull candy's smokin' buds before these ones and i have to say that there is no comparison, the only thing missing from these headphones are volume control but that isn't a big problem at all Comment (1)
Beware: This version of Titan contain subpar silicone tips, NOT the better Comply foam tips.

Summary: Amazon Verified Purchase ( What's this? ) This review is from: Skullcandy S2TTBZ-CZ Titan Earbuds, (Chrome) (Electronics) The Skullcandy Titan headphones can be packaged with one of two types of tips. The tips can either be foam or silicone. These tips are the pieces that fit between the ear and headphone. The Comply foam tips isolate external noises very effectively. The silicone tips are thin and do not block as much outside noise.
Summary: these are great and sound awesome. my only complaint is that cord noise is a little annoying and my roommate bought the same pair the day before me and his broke within two weeks. he has tried contact skullcandy but they have very poor support.
Summary: The quality of the Skullcandy earbuds is good however the cost of $30+ is overpriced. I've picked up some $9 earbuds with very similar sound quality. The miniplug is difficult to grab onto, especially if your fingers have a small amount of oil on them such as from hand lotion, fast food, etc. Therefore, there is a tendency to remove the plug by yanking on the cord - causing the cord to break.
