Excerpt: I absolutely love skull candy. They are in my opinion the best head phones out there. I have had lots of different models (they never broke. I lost them) And I love them all. My favorite are the titan ear buds. They are amazing. I love the design. They feel like …
Summary: This is a common problem for most cheap headphones, but I expected better of Skullcandy all things considered. Long story short, great performance, but sub-par durability. Despite the excellent performance, I can't give more than 2 eggs since they didn't even last a year.
Pros: Excellent sound quality. Carry case is good. Cord length is exceptional.
Cons: The wire became damaged over time where it meets the 3.5mm connector. One ear bud went out, quickly followed by the other. I made sure to handle them right, from the start, by intentionally avoiding putting undue stress on potentially sensitive areas like these, but they still succumbed after abo...
Summary: I don't really use the microphone at all and when the mic moves you can hear it, but to me it's not really a con. I had three sets of HD Sennheiser 202 and the connections went bad for the third time in a row so I went with Skull Candy chrome and the difference is outstanding.
Pros: Crisp sound with a kicking bass Just the right price with free shipping at the time of purchase Earbuds fit perfectly in my ear and I like the shell casing, plus the extra rubber inserts for the earbuds Pretty much noise-cancelling
Summary: - Bought these to replace an old pair of Skullcandy earbuds that broke during an airplane flight. The old pair's right earbud works but the left is dead and won't make any noise even if I try to move the wire.
Pros: - Heavy bass but not overpowering - Price compared to other nice earbuds is good - The iPod Touch 4G can make you feel like you're at a concert with these
Cons: - Audio in low quality is hard on the ears if at a high volume
