Skullcandy-Smokin Buds Headphones are not wot=rth the money.

Excerpt: Skull Candy - Smoking buds earphones aren't the best earphones. They are very expeniseve and not ata ll worth the money. I found that they were constatly falling out of my ears. I had to adjust them every thirty seconds. I dont know maybe I have wierldy shaped ears but they are not the ears phones for. They do have a very good sound quality however. And the ear phones look very very cool. They're pretty pricey for earphones.
Excerpt: I bought three pairs of skull candy for my daughters, a pair for each of them. They all broke with in a month. They all had the same problem, they just stopped working. I was so disapointed. They are not very cheep and I expected alot more bang for my buck. I will say how ever they were all purchased at the same store, which might have had something to do with it.
Excerpt: I bought my head phones at a local skate shop because the salesman lured me in by telloing me they had a lifetime warranty and that they had fabric not plastic wire covering and that they can withstand the toughest loudest music. Well after buying them I was pretty exited and happy, but aftera week the fabric around the wiring started cominf off, then it started to stain the fabric making the look ugly, the headphones started breaking by not playing so loud even though i...
Excerpt: Skull Candy has long been associated with being a 'style over substance' sort of brand, at least where I'm from. It was because of this that I waited so long to acutally get a pair, and even then because they were actually being sold for fairly cheap. I was surprised to find that the sound quality on them was actually very, very good! Even on the lower end media files I had, the headphones were able to cope quite well.
Excerpt: Ok I use to have these headphones back when I got my MP4 for Christmas. I thought they looked really cool and then I would be able to use them on the bus while going to school in the morning, but they ended up being terrible. I always had to set my MP4 to the max volume so I could hear it decently. Also, the part that goes into your ear rips EASILY. It is a really thin rubber that is not even comfortable.
The Skull Candy Smokin Bud Headphones are very difficult to use

Excerpt: The Skull Candy Smokin Bud Headphones were purchased at Best Buy for a 4 hour plane ride to Orlando. I had a difficult time keeping them in my ears. I thought I was using them incorrectly, but i read the directions online very carefully. I like the looks of them and maybe I should try the type that go over the ears, but these type are not for me.
Excerpt: I don't really like Skullcandy headphones, especially not these "Smokin' Buds". Unlike most inner ear headphones, these are very strange. I hear a thumping noise everytime they bump against my chest or if I shift or anything. I'm not sure if that' because the wires are too thin, or what. But I don't like it. It interferes with my trying to listen to music. I know these are pretty popular because of the colours, or they look "cool".
Excerpt: These skullcandy headphones seem to be everywhere! Unfortunately for me, none of the included earpieces seemed to fit comfortably in my ear, quickly slipping out within several minutes after insertion. For the short while that I had the chance to experience them, I noticed that the sound quality was good, if not exceptional. There was really no quality of these headphones that stood out over any stock headphones sold by Apple or any other generic brand.
I didn't pay for these and I still thought they cost too much!

Excerpt: I used some of my points with My Coke Rewards(731 to be exact) to get a pair of these headphones. They only lasted me about a month and a half. I twice had to superglue the piece that holds the ear bud on it and finally one of the wires shorted out. I noticed when looking at some reviews online that this is a common problem. I will say this they sounded excellent when they worked. They retail for 30.00 and I would recommend looking elsewhere.
Excerpt: These headphones look an perform decent I guess. They are cheap and will last you a couple of months before you have to replace them. The sound quality is decent, but it is no better than headphones you can get on ebay for the same price, if not cheaper. If you search around on the internet, there's an article about how skull candy headphones are basically the same as a bunch of other headphones. They are made in the same factory as a lot of the headphones you can...
