Summary: These are listenable IEMs. If excellent SQ isn't your first priority, these might be acceptable. Better than many of the sub-$20 'phones. Bass is prevalent and a bit boomy. There is some detail in the mids. Highs roll off early. Almost nonexistent soundstage.
Excerpt: I’m fairly new to ear buds considering I always buy the big headphones, but I was very pleased with these Skull Candy pair. They were very inexpensive, I found mine for about $20, and they also work really well. A great feature is how the ear buds are made for …
Cons: -Very very VERY poor audio quality, even for $12, I was astounded at how low it was -Extremely bassy, nothing else, practically no range at all -Please, I beg of you, DO NOT get these, I ended up paying $2 because of a promotion card, biggest mistake I've ever made. Not even worth half that!
Pros: These headphones came just as described...even with a mic inside! I use it for skyping and my phone, and have not run into any problems. People have told me that my voice came out crystal clear with no back noise.
Summary: The sound on these ear buds is really nice. It even has good bass (yes, on earbuds). To make a long story short; these earbuds are a good bang for your buck. They sound good, they look nice, they feel comfortable, and they're less than $20!
Summary: The sound quality is really good, however, the headset is so difficult to stay in my ears. It came with 3 different size plastic caps but none of them could keep headset in my ears, it drops out easily. The only way you can keep them in your ears: don't move your head!
Summary: I prefer these over the standard "iPod" earbuds. They are far more comfortable, and the sound quality is superior. Sure, they're not audiophile quality, but what do you expect for this price? Great for everyday listening.
