  • Summary: This is now the second time I've edited this review. I'm editing again this time, because they just BROKE after just a few weeks. The entire ear cup on the right side just snapped off FOR NO REASON. No, I did NOT throw them across the room like some kids do. I'm an adult and I just don't do that kind of thing. I was, quite literally, just taking them off my head with both hands.

Broke

  • Summary: Had them for about a month and the right ear snapped off. I called customer service and told them that it broke just putting it on. No service for abuse of product. It is what is.... So I asked about just a new slide arm to replace the broken one. The rep said they don't sell parts and that he said the same problem with his and he was also trying to find parts. My 12 year old son has the XL12. Beats them puts them on our dogs and they are doing just fine.

  • Summary: This headset is the dumbest piece of s*** I've ever spent money on. In order to hear the game sound you have to switch your entire system back over to component cables. Yes you read that right, component. The things that DVD players used to use in the mid 90's. I guess the people designing it didn't realize that we've upgraded the technology a few years back.
