Summary: These headphones were not designed very well imo. There is a noticable seal problem. The headband has zero pressure and the earcups swivel in the wrong direction. When you press on the earcups for seal, the sound gets much better.
As a result, the sound is suprisingly bass light for a skullcandy. The mids are Ok in this price range and the soundstage is pretty good. The highs are terrible though. Very plasticy, peaky.
Summary: These headphones are ok. The sound is ok. The fit is ok. The construction is less than ok. Simply put, go for the hesh. sure they're more money but its way worth it if you get the warranty on them. If you want quality sound and construction with style, go for hesh. dont waste your time + money on these.
Summary: I have to say I've wanted these headphones for a while. Voila my partner got them for me for Christmas. The sound was excellent and I'd say on par with his Bose headphones. The look was (obviously) awesome...
and then crisis happened. Four days ago (so less than a month after owning them) I was taking them off my head like normal and they band just snapped. It broke in two. I didn't use force (I'm ridiculously gentle with them) nothing like that.
Summary: Very easy to break. They broke whilst my boyfriend tried getting them out of the plastic packaging. BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN OPENING THEM!! The sound quality if great and they are a fabulous product but don't expect them to last for long. I wore mine every day for a year and a half then one day they gave out.
Summary: These are ok headphones the main set sound ok but they are just too quite but the in-ear free set sound really great, i actually prefer them to the main set. For the price though they are good enough, i do't regret my purchase.
