Excerpt: I love the many colors these headphones come in...And the puffy, plush ear pieces...But the thing is...The plastic snaps really easy...The first time you place them in your bag and the smallest thing lands anywhere near where your headpones are stored...I guarantee the outer shell will snap...And then you are left with wire...And no connecting head piece...Kind of stinks...
Excerpt: Pleasant Experience: I bought this headphone for my iphone few weeks back.I really love this head phone. The most important aspect is its stylish look. Also the ear pads are very comfortable. The sound quality is not that great compared to the apple head set but its worth every penny.
Skullcandy Lowrider, sound and quality but little durrability.

Excerpt: I had this baby a few months ago. They look very nice on me and the sound quality is terrific. I tested everything from classical to R&B to heavy metal to pop. Flawless. Good highs, good bass.Very good bass. This is the best 20 dollars I have ever spent on headphones. Some others have cost much more and the quality of these headphones had easily matched them.
Excerpt: I got a set of these in a giveaway at a local bookstore. For free they are a good deal, but for the retail price of 39.99 that the bookstore is selling them for I would say there are many better options. The sound quality is average. I cannot say I have any specific complaints but when I compare them to a similar set of sony headphones I purchased a few years ago for around twenty dollars; The Sony set wins hands down.
Excerpt: I bought these head phones about two years ago and they are still working like the day i bought them. At the time I paid about 40 dollars for these headphones which seemed like a lot for what i was greating. Just recently i bought a pair of sennheiser hd428 for about 20 dollars and the sound quality blows these skullcandies out of the water. That being said the quality is of these are pretty good compared to some of their earbuds which broke after 2 months of fair use.
Summary: These headphones were not designed very well imo. There is a noticable seal problem. The headband has zero pressure and the earcups swivel in the wrong direction. When you press on the earcups for seal, the sound gets much better.
As a result, the sound is suprisingly bass light for a skullcandy. The mids are Ok in this price range and the soundstage is pretty good. The highs are terrible though. Very plasticy, peaky.
Summary: These headphones are ok. The sound is ok. The fit is ok. The construction is less than ok. Simply put, go for the hesh. sure they're more money but its way worth it if you get the warranty on them. If you want quality sound and construction with style, go for hesh. dont waste your time + money on these.
Summary: I have to say I've wanted these headphones for a while. Voila my partner got them for me for Christmas. The sound was excellent and I'd say on par with his Bose headphones. The look was (obviously) awesome...
and then crisis happened. Four days ago (so less than a month after owning them) I was taking them off my head like normal and they band just snapped. It broke in two. I didn't use force (I'm ridiculously gentle with them) nothing like that.
