  • Excerpt: I had this baby a few months ago. They look very nice on me and the sound quality is terrific. I tested everything from classical to R&B to heavy metal to pop. Flawless. Good highs, good bass.Very good bass. This is the best 20 dollars I have ever spent on headphones. Some others have cost much more and the quality of these headphones had easily matched them.

My son loves his skullcandy lowriders

  • Excerpt: I bought some Skullcandy Lowrider headphones for my 12 year old son for Christmas this year and he loves them. I was a little skeptical at first because he wanted some of the full ear coverage ones that my older son has that are the noise cancelling but I got such a great deal on these that it was worth a try. He is very pleased with them which makes me very happy. They are not as bulky as some of the others and the sound quality is fantastic.

Skullcandy Lowriders are very average

  • Excerpt: I got a set of these in a giveaway at a local bookstore. For free they are a good deal, but for the retail price of 39.99 that the bookstore is selling them for I would say there are many better options. The sound quality is average. I cannot say I have any specific complaints but when I compare them to a similar set of sony headphones I purchased a few years ago for around twenty dollars; The Sony set wins hands down.

  • Excerpt: A few months back, I picked up a pair of these at Best Buy for about $20. These headphones seemed to be the new "in thing" so I decided to try them for myself. Upon trying them on, I noticed they fit quite comfortably on my head. As a bonus, they looked pretty sweet around my neck! Thats pretty much where it ends. Sound quality was just alright. Nothing special, just passable. Comparable to a cheap pair of Sony headphones I could pick up for $10 at a discount store.

  • Excerpt: I had spent quite a long time searching for the best pair of head phones or ear buds that was on the market for non-professionals (that is, until I found my Bose headphones) and eventually stumbled on these.  I found them on sale and bought them as a Christmas present for my brother.  He loved the way they looked but quickly started asking if he could borrow other family member's head phones.

  • Excerpt: Firstly, I love the design of Skull Candy headphones in general.  The look very nice and the logo is great.  I  also like that the headphones came with a little sticker with the logo on it.  That was a nice little extra to add to the headphones.  All in all, when I was looking for a pair of headphones I just picked out these ones because I liked the logo.   I didn't know anything about the company.

Skull Candy Lowrider Professional Headphones --- Is it worth it?

  • Excerpt: After purchasing a pair of these headphones, I was thrilled. For about six months I used them daily with satisfaction, convinced that I would not need another pair of headphones for quite awhile. The sound quality was amazing, and they also proved to be comfortable (except of course when in the heat). However, to my dismay, one day out of the blue while I was using them, one of the ears died on me.

SkullCandy Lowrider headphones offer high-quality sound for less

  • Excerpt: I bought my first pair of SkullCandy Lowriders almost 5 years ago, and have yet to find a better sounding or higher quality headphone since. The sound quality is incredible, and the bass hits hard without bottoming out like most other headphones do (bottoming out is when the speaker cracks, producing that awful buzzing). The design is sleek and aesthetically cool, and the padded headphones can be left on for hours without becoming uncomfortable in any way.

  • Excerpt: I bought these head phones about two years ago and they are still working like the day i bought them. At the time I paid about 40 dollars for these headphones which seemed like a lot for what i was greating. Just recently i bought a pair of sennheiser hd428 for about 20 dollars and the sound quality blows these skullcandies out of the water. That being said the quality is of these are pretty good compared to some of their earbuds which broke after 2 months of fair use.

  • Excerpt: I purchased these skullcandy headphones a little while ago on sale with the hope and/or intent of having cute retro-looking headphones that could handle whatever amount of bass I could dish out, and I got just that!  When you're wearing them it sounds like you're inside of a room with giant speakers blasting out on either side of you.  The sound quality is great.
