Summary: I bought this Mic/Headset thinking that it would be nice to have the game sound and voice all in one. I do a lot of late night gaming, and with a pregnant wife and a 3 year old, keeping things quite is key. Let me start out by saying the game sound is fantastic. I sit about 8 feet away from my TV and the wire reached fine. There wasn't much slack, but once you get situated, it wasn't an issue. You could hear everything beautifully in games such as Battlefield, or GTA.
Summary: I've had the lowriders for about six months now since the skull candy craze hit the shelves at Target. I used to buy the earbuds but earbuds didn't work. Tried using these and sure, they're comfortable for the first week, but then they just start hurting, especially if you have ear piercings. They're uncomfortable to wear for more than two hours and the sound isn't that great of a quality. The cord doesn't last. If you buy these, you will be replacing them soon.
Summary: the fit is amazing... there is enuff adjustments to fit on my tiny head and also when im wearing big fluffy winter hats. super comfortable, sweet color finish the way they fold up is my fav feature the sound is very good, although if i hit the volume to max people on the train around me can hear the music too (pet peeve) perferct for the price ;) if u upgrade the prob is solved. my friend has some of the fancier ones and they totally rock!!
Summary: Picked these up today, and plan on returning them tomorrow. A few of my complaints: - These headphones are not comfortable at all. One reviewer stated that they wouldn't be comfortable if you have a big head, well I guess that goes for those of use with medium heads too. - The included volume control is a joke. My wife was cooking dinner as I was trying these out, and I could hear everything she said across two rooms with it turned all the way up, nagging and all.
Summary: I originally considered the Turtle Beach Ear Force X1 headphones. That was until I found out that the plug that connects to the controller will not work with the Messenger Chatpad. The Skullcandy headphones were basically the only ones I could find that would work. They're standard 3.5mm stereo headphones with a 2.5mm microphone plug. The package does not include installation instructions, but if you look on Skullcandy[...] they have them.
Summary: Ok, I bought these head phones because I was sick of my in ear ones loosing their rubber tips. My first impression was WOW! the sound was great, the cushion did not hurt my piercings, and they looked fashionable. I soon noticed that when the fold up, they do not fold completely. It is as if Skull Candy added hinges, but did not measure everything out so the phones are completely, securely, folded. I felt as if the plastic would not last long, and I was right.
Summary: This pair of headphones sound real good with an ipod, good bass it does not blast when you shift all the volume up and also their comfortable , so for the price they are worth it because I've tried others more expensive and sound the same.
Summary: I've been debating by some new lightweight, inexpensive headphones for use on the go to replace obnoxious psuedo ear buds with ear pieces that keep getting lost. I bought the silver ones today very recently and they sound great, they work on my mellon of a head. Got them in a brick and mortor for $30 plus tax. Comfy and sound great, perfect cord length, I like them.
