Summary: I bough these for my 11 year old son, he wanted Beats for Christmas. Before I invest in $220 for those I want to see how he will treat these. I like these for myself as well. I plugged these into my tablet and they were loud enough to entertain my ears.
Summary: My Sennheiser HD229's were stolen, so I needed something fast to tide me over until I could save up for another pair of Sennheisers (probably something in the HD4xx-5xx range) and happened to be, of all places, at a big chain U.S. pharmacy picking up a prescription and behind the register was a nice big red SALE sign advertising $10 off the Skullcandy 2XL Shakedown headphones, and since they only had one lone pair left and the matte black finish matched my laptop...
Summary: These are really comfortable and one can actually keep them on for quite a long time without feeling the need to adjust them over and over again. Sound quality is good, not meant for someone who is expecting some really good bass though.
Summary: Loved the bass, with such a great price and looks I give it 5 out of 5 score. The noise cancellation gives you an out of the world experience. You feel nothing but music. Pure sound recommended only for music enthusiasts.
Summary: The headphones are extremely comfortable, very light weight and cushion on head too...but sound clarity is not that good...its okish... If u focus on sound quality i would suggest Sony MDR-XB400 in this price range but has to compromise in comfort some what..
Summary: Excellent headphone at this price, good quality, noise reduction is good, comfortable and fits in to my budget :) I compared it with JBL Tempo On-Ear Headphone (similar price range), JBL is louder than Skullcandy 2XL Shakedown On-Ear Headphone but adv of Skullcandy is the noise reduction quality
