Summary: I am no headphone expert, this being my first decent pair (£20+) but these are amazing. I can hear all sorts that I couldn't pick out before which is great. The main things I was looking for were headphones that I could play loud without disturbing my work mates, that would run off just my MP3...
Summary: These are pro quality headphones and delivery exceptional linear flawless 'true' sound. The bass, mids and top are perfect! I've had mine a few days and haven't burned them in yet, but boy are they good! They look good, comfortable, sound isolating cans, easily transportable as they fold away.
Summary: Excellent headphones: comfortable, good build quality, seem to be robust, light for their size. Detachable coiled cord is a helpful edition, sound quality and bass response are both excellent.
Summary: Easily the best headphones I've owned. They can get a little uncomfortable after extended use though. they are big and solid which is fine. THere is little to no sound leakage either which is really very good. The headphones were delivered very quickly. Great price too!.
Summary: The audio quality of these headphones is good, although not as remarkable as Shure claim it to be. The bass response is about right, good but not excessive, and good treble response that never sounds harsh. Therefore they are not suitable for those that just want bass, bass, and bass.
Summary: This is my first ever pair of headphones, having become frustrated with breakable and uncomfortable earphones (even expensive ones). I did a huge amount of research before finally buying them, and I'm relieved with the decision I eventually made to buy these.
Summary: So here's my review of my new Shure SRH 440's. I was expecting a boring but detailed pair of cans. These headphones produce some phenomenal sound. The bass is tight and punchy. The lows, mids and highs are beautiful. The sound-stage is pretty good for closed cans.
Summary: Just my third pair of moderately priced headphones in 35 years, I felt so cool at 18 wearing my first set of cans thanks to my parents, both pairs were excellent and seemingly lasted forever so these new Shure SRH440 have a lot to live up to!
Summary: The MP4 Player I Use is the Cowon iAudio J3 Which incidentily Knocks Ten Bells of(I am not going to swear)out of ANY!! MP3/MP4 out there For Sound Quality...This includes the iPod, I Did not really fall in Love with the sound Quality of the 440's at First, But after using them for a few hours they...
