Summary: Firstly its worth saying that the sound out of these headphones are incredible. However after 12 months of use one ear lost sound completely I tried changing the cable but still no sound. So I contacted the reseller to be told “sorry we cannot help you” please contact Shure so I did. Shure told me that this reseller is not authorized to sell the product so the 2 year warranty is void.
Summary: Good while they lasted, but the sound kept coming in and out and cracking. This seemed to be caused by the new detachable cable which beacuse it was able to rock from side to side and rotate meant everytime you moved your head the sound would crackle. Luckly advancedmp3players are offering me a full refund.
