  • Excerpt: very nice buds, but as with other Shure buds I've purchased, it does take awhile to get comfortable with the way these fit in the ear.

nice budz

pollo, Crutchfield
26 August 2014
  • Summary: The 2 previous reviews don't give enough credit to these little guys. I burned them in for 4 hours, slowly increasing the volume every half hour. Next day they sounded better than any budz I've tried b4. Ya the fit is snug but its supposed to be, that's how u get the best sound. Not uncomfortable at all and easy to put back in its little pouch.
  • Pros: comfortable, sound sweet and free delivery (which was fast)
  • Cons: if u aren't used to budz with foam rubber earpieces, they might be uncomfortable at first. Once u get it u got it, no problemmo.

SE112

26 August 2014
  • Summary: I got these for flying, and for late night computing. They sounded great when I tried them, and even better when I compared them with plain vanilla ear buds. Been tossing some older ear buds...
  • Pros: Sound quality is wonderful.
  • Cons: The seal is tight, which is good, but takes a bit of getting used to the feel.

Shure SE112

Kelly, Crutchfield
7 August 2014
  • Summary: Easy to use. The sound is super clear and they fit properly. I bought them as a gift for my son and even though he didn't like the style I've wound up using them myself instead of returning them. I wasn't an earbud person but I am now!
  • Pros: Good quality sound, nice price, long cord.
  • Cons: No kill switch or volume on the wire.

Shure SE112 review

rbp, Crutchfield
15 July 2014
  • Summary: For an inn ear headphone ud, these are every bit the equal, and as good as the same size ear buds from Bose, and other top end manufacurers.
  • Pros: I got these primarily for good freq. response and the ability to use them while wearing my helmet while riding my 900 cc dual sport motorcycle for hours at a time. For this they/re near perfect, as over the ear headphones just won;t do.
  • Cons: Not as comfortable or clear as over the ear headphones, but sore in a much smaller space and don't weigh nearly as much.

SE112 Sound Isolating Earphones (Gray) b

Ken, B&H Photo
18 June 2014
  • Excerpt: These Earphones do a great job of reducing outside noise. I use them at work and while cutting the grass and they sound great. They are built to take a beating, the wire is thicker than most earphones and the strain relief on the phone plug seems very strong. The only negative I have is that they are a bit heavy, you defiantly know they are in your ears.
  • Pros: Good Noise Isolation, Great sound, Very Well Built
  • Cons: Large and heavy

Great for the price

Audio Filet, B&H Photo
14 June 2014
  • Excerpt: The SE112 model earphones are not as sound isolating as I expected, but the quality is really great. I tried different size (removable) earpieces and got a decent fit. It could be that I have small ear canals and that I was expecting to hear only music in my noisy work environment. They are not very comfortable for extremely long periods, but fine for an hour or two. For the price overall, I think they are great.
  • Pros: Cable Length Is Perfect, Ok 4 Ipad Ipod Or Phone, Price Is Spot On, Terrific Sound Fidelity
  • Cons: Sound Isolating Not Great
