Summary: They were advertised under the playstation 4. All the sound from the headset works , but my only issue is with the chat ( too low). No one can hear me if I am online so this is the only reason why I have rated it so low.
Summary: I have used Turtle Beach in the past and they were ok. Paid £140 for a good Dolby set and they packed up after 2 years. They also went through a lot of AAA batteries. Have waited till I used these for a while to give an honest opinion. They are not as bassy as Turtle Beach but have a more realistic sound. The dolby is awesome as is the power. Although not wireless the lead is way long eneough and they can connect to almost anything with all the SUPPLIED leads.
Summary: When i was researching for an headset for a low price i was a little worried that i might buy some piece of junk. After a lot of searching, asking some of my friends for some tips i came across this item. I might say i'm very pleased with them. I'm a CoD player and they do wonders when you are trying to listen to the enemy footsteps. When you get used to them you can tell exactly where the steps are coming. Yes, it takes training.
Summary: I like this headset but can't help but think I should have saved up and got an astro or tritton. The sharkoon does sound good and works fine but i think it is a very light, flimsy headset. There is also a good bit of static noise when at low volumes or not listening to music/gaming. Overall I like it but if I was buying again id save the extra money and go for something better.
Summary: I have had three gaming headphones, some Turtle Beach, Sony Wireless and now these. The sound quality is the best in the Turtle Beach ones easily, the ones I had were about £60 and wired so not the most expensive Turtles either, The trouble with the Turtles I had was the build quality, all of a sudden I lost all sound in one ear hence me getting the other ones. I next got the Sony ones which were wireless.
Summary: Starting with the looks, this headset is very well designed with a sharp and sober look. Its very confortable to wear for long periods. However, the earpads could be better: it uses soft foam instead of lether, which probably would increase the confort. Nevertheless, this is only a minor issue. The cable is very long, which is a plus considering its possible use with a console in the living room. Its not braided, but still offers great resistance.
