Summary: This is a very good headset for music, movie, gaming. Got the set for almost a year now, and still very satisfied with it. But you have to expect that a set of that price should be connected to a very good quality sound card. I connect it to a SB X-Fi Fatal1ty Platinum Pro sound card.
Pros: Very good sound for everything Digital sound Analog sound true 5.1 positioning Extremely confortable
Cons: Digital sound has little blips and crackles A bit pricey CMedia USB microphone drivers when using digital on a PC sounds very muddy
Summary: for the price, and what all you get, this is the headset is a good deal.
Pros: Sound is good, bass will rattle if too loud =p, but over all its a good headset for what all you get/the price. the optic cable is not too bad, my friend got one and it went out(diff brand) but the one that comes with sharkoon, so far its still working. the 5.1 works very good, mostly use it for ...
Cons: My mic went out with in the first month, but I got a hold of them to send it in and get a replacement. Alot of cables, but hey you get used to it. not as loud/bass when you hook it up to you computer using the attachment with the pink, green, red, black cable gets hot after long game play, and the p...
Summary: I did a lot of shopping and research in hopes to get it right the first purchase and I believe I did. These H.Phones are great. Was a bit skeptical at first but I was able to zero in on enemy voice and audio ques within Battlefield Series games within my first session of gaming.
Pros: -Works with Xbox 360, PS3, and PC -Optical and Analog inputs -4 drivers in each ear for true surround. -Quality Construction & very comfortable -Excellent sound quality
Cons: -Wires Everywhere! (ok its not too, too bad but it's not like there's just one cable to deal with.) -Instruction Manual is a bit vague in providing detailed instructions on how to set and operate the various volume levels and features.
Summary: Wide features make these one of the few fantastic 5.1 headsets.
Pros: Very good directional sound. The advertising is spot on and the headset does exactly what they promise.
Cons: I have wide pointy ears and after about 1 hour my ears get a little sore. Also they are a tad bit heavy and cause pressure points on the top of your head. Honestly as long as your not getting into 8 hour raids and only using these for FPS games you should be fine.
Great headset, better than those screeching turtles.

Summary: I use this on both my pc and xbox and I have yet to be disappointed.
Pros: Great set of headphones, hardly distinguishable from my 5.1 surround sound. After a bit of tweaking they sound amazing. Very comfortable and you hardly notice it's even there ( until your wife starts to yell at you because she's yelling at you while you have bullets whizzing past your head in a g...
Cons: This is a wired headset, so expect the wires to annoy the heck out of you. Right out of the box the headphones suck. The other reviewer may not have done this but, you have to do some tweaking to get the sounds to where they should be. Expect to spend around 5 mins calibrating the headset.
Excerpt: Living with your girlfriend is great. Apart from the more obvious benefits, you can share your bills, not worry too much about looking your best at all times, and have someone to cuddle up to on those cold winter nights. Yes, indeed, I have a sensitive side folks. Being a gamer is also great.
Pros: good surround sound effect, sturdy build, comfortable
Cons: voice function over Xbox Live can be fiddly, need their own power
