Summary: well im honestly surprised, they work really well with no real problems. these arent anything crazy but they do work and for the price you cant beat it. cant see paying 150$ when they first came out but for 40$ definitely worth the extra ten bucks over the crappy turtle beaches. just some side notes, they look much better on person then they do in the picture and in a way they seem smaller in person but in a really good way.
The Sennheiser X320 perform far better than their low price tag would indicate.

Summary: As an avid adult gamer I've had, or used, several Xbox headsets over the years, ranging in price from $20 - $250+. I'm good to my electronics, ensuring gentle use and proper storage, so if I pay a lot, I expect a lot of use/life. Sounds reasonable, right? Unfortunately, the saying -- "you get what you pay for," is not only grammatically incorrect, it's also simply untrue.
Great headset just needs some tweaks with bass boost.

Summary: Pretty good gaming headsets. Mic quality is alright and voice quality is clear especially with me since I cant understand words with bad quality sounds (Noticed in my Sprint Note 3) . One problem is that bass boost makes a distortion noise when the cables move I hardly use bass boost since I love hearing balanced lows, mids, and highs.
Summary: For the USD30 these cost on sale, they're awesome. If I'd paid the full 150 MSRP, I'd be unhappy. The tone of the chat is piercing at louder volume, its tone nearly painfully shrill. The game audio is also less buttery than I'd expect from Sennheiser based on my experience with their earbuds and my treasured but battered HD-555 headphones. There's also the matter of the cables.
Summary: I just received these headphones this week, and they work really well. It was hard to know from the description and reviews if these would work with other devices besides the xbox, but it actually does. I was led to believe that audio came from the usb connector, but this isn't true. The USB only provides power. The sound actually comes in via the RCA to 2 mm stereo jack from the control dongle.
Summary: I got these knowing the great reputation of Sennheiser headphones. These headphones don't disappoint when it comes to audio quality. The sound is very balanced and crisp, which may not be to everyone's liking if you want a more dynamic audio range for action packed movies and games, but the quality is there to hear nevertheless. These would have been the perfect headphones for me but unfortunately I decided to return them due to the mic.
Summary: I just bought the ASTRO Gaming A40 wireless gaming headset here at Amazon 2 months ago. As luck would have it, was in the hospital when they arrived and then was 90% deaf for 6 weeks afterward. NOBODY could ever call me lucky....As my hearing returned I really began to appreciate the $350.00 I had spent to better enjoy both my PS3, XBOX AND gaming computer.
