Summary: I chose this product because of a magazine review which said it was the best bluetooth headset. It is, It is cristal clear, has a long battery life and can be used on either ear without adjustment. I have recommended it to friends and they agree.
Summary: I bought this item a few weeks ago. Delivery was prompt. However, I have a lot of trouble with it. Keeps on disconnecting itself and needs a good few minutes "rest" before its ready to make or receive another call. I have to switch the device on and off to make it work again, which is very frustrating as I do receive a lot of calls from my customers whilst on the road! To be honest I'm not sure wether or not the device is at fault or if it is my i phone 4??
Summary: I bought this to replace a Jabra BT2020 that still worked but was falling apart after 4 years, 5 days a week all day usage (I'm a mobile engineer) and I was fed up of superglueing it. Pro's:- On/off system excelent, positive and easy. Sound quality superb. Control button and volume rocker easy to find/feel for and precise in use. Voice dialling and last number redial work flawlessly. Can easily be used over either ear.
Summary: Excellent product. Good sound in either ear but I'm not sure what magic is involved in switching the sound from one side to the other. Battery life great. Pairing is simple. Comfortable even when wearing glasses. Background noise elimination good but not great (Jawbone is better but much more expensive). Great value for money. Could do with a small cloth case to protect the headset and prevent it from inadvertently opening and switching on.
Summary: (Original review is after the "====" row.) I've been using this a lot for the past fortnight, and getting complaints from the people I was talking to. So, I did some tests, calling my answer-phone, with this and two other (Jabra BT3030, a Moor Wireless Stereo Bluetooth Headset) Bluetooth headsets. Playing those back, the "sent" audio from the Sennheiser is truly rubbish. The noise cancelling that they bleat on about so much cancels noise such as "the speaker's voice".
