Summary: Long cable means i can sit back and relax on the couch if playing PS3 at midnight. Nice soft cushioned material around headphones and frame for long hours of Gaming or watching Films. Pretty sturdy frame and Mic arm, with easy mute mechanism. With the inbuilt controller on the cable its easy to adjust Game & Chat volumes separately.
Summary: Comfy and light, substantial bass response when coaxed. To my ears, these headphones sound a bit thin in general but the treble is clean and clearly defined. Somehow it lacks guts unless you turn on the rather heavy-handed bass boost. There is also quite a lot of noise leakage, so those nearby can probably hear the vile curses of your foes.
Summary: I bought this headset after considering other options from wireless headsets to proper headphones + standing mike, but finally went for that one... it does a very good job for BF3 on PC and i can hear clearly the steps of foes around, and the noises of explosions and vehicules are definitely much more immersive than with my previous headset (a profesionnal kinda call-center one from plantronics).I was expecting to be able to control separately the volume of TS and the...
Terrific stereo gaming headphones... but at their rrp do you demand surround sound?

Summary: There are three models in the Sennheiser 320 gaming series. The PC320 is... guess what... made for PC use. The X320 is made for Xbox. The U320 is multiplatform (universal I suppose). Call me weird - many do - but I have all three! First I tested the Sennheiser X320 . I really liked them (4*) and being the bodger that I am I managed to rig them to work on just about anything including using an external USB mains adapter to just plug them into a stereo music source.
Summary: It's a crying shame that console manufacturers seem completely unaware that people might want to wear headphones while playing games. While it's true that you can plug a pair of headphones into your TV (if it has a socket for them) there's rarely an easy way to get online chat audio running this way, and surround sound (which should be easily within the capabilities of the sound chips on these systems) is completely off the table.
Summary: I already have a pair of wireless Sennheiser RS170's, but was drawn to theses because of their built-in mic - and I'm sure most people are thinking the same as me - "these will be great for COD online". And indeed they are. Comfort is good, if not exactly plush. The padding is fairly firm and the cups are an over the ear open design.
Summary: I admit I have never thought about investing in a set of Gaming Headphones previously and did not imagine for one second that they would enhance the gaming experience anywhere near as much as they do. They provide a great sense of atmosphere which simply cannot be replicated through standard TV speakers. The sound quality of these headphones is simply excellent. Another factor I consider to be equally as important as sound quality is comfort.
Summary: The 'U320 multi-platform gaming headset' is another stylish piece of kit from German giants Sennheiser. Being an online gaming family (Modern Warfare fanatics) between the six of us that play my youngest daughter (7) doesn't ... yet, we have tried quite a few headsets over the years and this one is up there with the best of the bunch. An excellent choice for serious gamers online or offline.
