Excerpt: Originally got the DS6000 but had to return it because of interference with my wireless. Bought two. Use 1 tower as as transmitter for both. Keep it behind my TV. Use the other tower for charging both the headsets. The controls take a little getting used but definitely worth the price. Pros: 1. Absolutely no interference with my wireless routers and microwave's. 2. Easily add more multiple head sets. 3. Excellent sound. Cons: 1. Auto/off but no Auto/on. 2.
Excerpt: I first bought the SONY MDR-DS6000's to replace my Sennheiser RS130's ...one word about the Sony Headphones-Disappointed! These Sennheiser RS 170's reproduce sounds very clearly with powerful bass and have long range (the Sony's were cutting in/out at about 15 feet-despite what they claim.) This is my second pair of Sennheiser...I have not been disappointed. I'm sure you will agree!
Pros: Comfortable, Good Bass, Great Sound, Lightweight, Long Range Wireless, Stylish
Summary: The first thing that I do when I get a new product is read the operation manual. This Sennheiser product doesn't have one. They include a CD instead. My PC wouldn't read the CD. Apparently this has something to do with auto start being disabled. I have never had this problem before. Manual starting of a DVD/CD is usually just a click. I found the manual online at Sennheiser's website.
Summary: Firstly, by way of contextualisation, let me note that I was a daily user of the Sennheiser RS140 wireless headphones between 2007 and 2014. I was always a huge fan of these ‘phones but, like all things, they eventually became worn out and so I purchased an RS170 system as a replacement. To summarise, I have mixed views on the RS170 and the extent to which they can adequately replace my old RS140 setup.
Summary: I was very impressed with the product, found it did exactly what it was meant to.Appears to work well, using it with electric drums, fine with recording over tracks(over dubbing) even though the signal is delayed. Not synched when speakers are turned up.The sound quality is fantastic with music as well as general TV.Very comfortable.Easy to operate<although buttons take a bit to find ,so a bit hit and miss, but I found they did not require much adjusting.Very pleased with the...
Excerpt: I purchased these several months ago due to a slight hearing loss which meant I had to have the volume up very loud to hear people speaking on TV and movies. However this meant the sound effects were too loud for everybody. These have solved this though the distinct separation of external sound interference. I would highly recommend these.
Summary: After lots of research I went for these and I have no regrets, they are so comfortable I can wear them for hours. The sound is excellent with enhanced bass/surround options aswell as controls on the headphones. The transmitter/charging dock is great. Also comes with lots of accersories in the box such as 1/4 jack and cables to get to tv or hi fi system. Really pleased overall.
Pros: easy to wear, 3d sound., none that I can see
