Summary: Great headphones. Paired two to a tower without issue - about a week later they disassociated, but I have two little kids so who knows the culprit. Paired to other tower and now they work fine again. Only con: closed ear is not the best choice for those who need to monitor surroundings.
Summary: Having tried digital wireless stereo headphones several years ago (and they weren't inexpensive!), and not being impressed then, I was a little nervous spending a lot of money to see if technology has improved much since then. Wow, was I amazed at the improvement! I have several wired Sennheiser headphones, and I am glad I tried their wireless set.
Pros: Sound, build quality, comfort, ease of use, styling
Excerpt: Originally got the DS6000 but had to return it because of interference with my wireless. Bought two. Use 1 tower as as transmitter for both. Keep it behind my TV. Use the other tower for charging both the headsets. The controls take a little getting used but definitely worth the price. Pros: 1. Absolutely no interference with my wireless routers and microwave's. 2. Easily add more multiple head sets. 3. Excellent sound. Cons: 1. Auto/off but no Auto/on. 2.
Excerpt: I first bought the SONY MDR-DS6000's to replace my Sennheiser RS130's ...one word about the Sony Headphones-Disappointed! These Sennheiser RS 170's reproduce sounds very clearly with powerful bass and have long range (the Sony's were cutting in/out at about 15 feet-despite what they claim.) This is my second pair of Sennheiser...I have not been disappointed. I'm sure you will agree!
Pros: Comfortable, Good Bass, Great Sound, Lightweight, Long Range Wireless, Stylish
Summary: Instructions manual is on CD supplied, but you can also download it previously to receipt of headphones from Crutchfield on "Download owner's manual" or from Sennheiser website. Sound is great for wireless phones, works good around the house with minimal or no notable distortion. It takes a while to charge it the first time (+24 hours) but subsequent charges take less time (less than 8 hours). Lightweight headphones so you will not feel then. Bass and surround are great.
Summary: The best wireless headphones.. good fit, sound is excellent. Crisp and clear, with or without surround. Bass reproduction is adequate. My set is plugged in a Onkyo surround system, can adjust bass and treble if needed. Awesome !
Pros: Sound adjustments on headphones. Easy to use, rechargeable dock. Long range wireless signal.
Summary: I needed a new set of closed back, over the ear, wireless headphones when the headband on my ageing wireless Philips cans snapped after 8 years of sterling service. I've owned numerous Sennheiser headphones over the years and have always found them excellent, so I didn't have any qualms ordering these as a replacement. The headphones themselves are a very comfortable fit with excellent sound delivery, even with the dynamic bass and surround sound modes enabled.
It's simply Awesome.. Excellent sound quality and good range

Summary: I'm loving it.. It started working straight out of the box. Just because the manual said we need to charge for 16 hours before first use, I used Duracell batteries to test it out. It's simply Awesome.. Excellent sound quality and good range, I can move around in my house even across floors and still get connected to the signal.
Excerpt: I bought these head phones for my husbands birthday, replacing a set he previously owned for years. Set up really easy and no more batteries. He watches TV in bed until late, no one gets disturbed.
