The Sennheiser PXC 450 is a headphone with up to 16 hours of operating time and has a maximum sound pressure level of 108 dB SPL. It requires one AAA battery power supply. The PXC 450 is a circum-aural travel headphone set featuring Sennheiser’s NoiseGard™ 2.0 active noise compensation system, which reduces up to 90% of ambient noise. The headphones offer audiophile-grade sound combined with a foldable construction for convenient storage. The TalkThrough function allows the user to communicate with neighbours without taking off the headphones. Unwanted background noise is filtered out so that only the neighbour’s voice is passed on through the headphones. The unit requires one AAA battery for up to 16 hours usage. The PXC 450 also functions as a passive headset when used without batteries. It also features an adaptive baffle damping and patented Duofol™ diaphragm technology for audio production, active/bypass mode for use as a noise canceling or closed-back audiophile headphone, built with materials for long-lasting comfort and exceptional durability, volume control integrated into the headphone and is ideal for in-flight entertainment systems, MP3 players as well as home entertainment systems. The unit features a single-sided, detachable cable and replaceable ear pads for extended operating life and comes with a transport case, audio adapters (in-flight entertainment and ¼”), and two AAA batteries.
