Pros: These stay on your head even in high winds and they fit your ear very well so they transmit full-range sound and the fit is extremely comfortable. The design was done by someone who understands athletes and its functionality reflects that. The cable is separable so if you wear something like an iPod Shuffle on your shirt collar, the cord is not too long. If you wear your music on an armband or waistband, there is an extension cord.
Cons: Over time, the neoprene covers on the earbuds can loosen up and come off. That happened on an earlier pair, but it has not happened on this pair.
Excerpt: After much research, i landed on the Sennheisers. I am SUPER particular about my headphones and heading to just any store and picking up a random pair was not ok. I found these online and read probably every review online. Even after deciding i wanted to try them out, it wasnt until a colleague of mine had his hanging out of his bag and I asked how they were. He said he loved them and I was sold. I wear them for sports related activities as well as every day use.
Excerpt: He sweats a lot when working out but this doesn’t affect the quality or durability of the earphone . It doesn’t leave a pungent or sweaty smell also. When it comes to sound quality, this is absolutely great. I can work easily. I can understand every word that’s being said by my clients even if my volume is just at the minimal level. Clarity is always the big factor when I’m buying a headset and this one definitely hit the mark.
Summary: Can't use the earflaps on my helmet otherwise its uncomfortable/doesn't work out.
Pros: In comparison to Sony/Apple earbuds, its amazing. Even in comparison to Skull Candy's stuff, its good. The low and high notes are solid, and due to the fit, allows me to hear music and the traffic around me as I run. They don't bounce around and fit nicely. They don't feel like clamps trying to burst my head.
Cons: Wearing these with long hair is difficult. The ponytail must be either tied as low as possible, or tied up high and the ends not whacking the headphones, or they will slip off.
Pros: I have yanked and ripped them out of the MP3 player more times than i can count. The connector still shows no signs of being pulled out like my previous headphone. They fit well and stay in place. Little sound transfer when tapping on the cord. The Inline volume control feels well built and hasn't given me any issues. The most important part is they sound great.
Pros: Very good sound quality for the earbud style. Was pleased that the headphone had two connection points and that you did not have to use the inline volume control. I wear my MP3 player on my arm and the shorter length is perfect.
