:-( the rubber ear pads would fall off. I was continually looking for the pads. You can buy spares, but only in packs of 5 pairs for $25 from specified Sennheiser dealers. Do poor design that they could fall off.
:-( the strain relief on the connector didn't work. eventually, the cable split under the strain relief. A 'sports' model designed with specific iPhone features should be able to withstand being in a pocket.

Summary: I've had a pair of these before and liked everything about it until the inevitable happened. One side stopped working. I've tried a few others in the same price range with similar results. So trying the Sennheiser again as it has a better sound and feel compared to the others I tried. Planning to keep it in the bag they provides, hoping it will last longer without breaking this time.
Summary: I purchased a pair of these headphones on on 21 Aug 2014. By 10 Dec 2014 they had developed a fault. The sound keeps cutting out due to a fault close to the jack, and this despite only using them for around an hour a week. For the record... PROS: acceptable sound quality comfortable CONS annoyingly located volume control that has to be clipped somewhere (personally would rather not have one at all) unreliable (four months!

Summary: So far so good. The Sennheiser range of sports-headphones are great. They have really good sound quality, that drown out the other inconvenient noises of gyms - people grunting, bad music etc. Handy that they wrap-around the neck.
