Summary: I wanted something that I could use in my home office to make long Skype, O2 VOIP (TU GO) and Google Hangout calls while at the same time allow me to hear what was going on around me (like the door bell and other people in the house). It also had to have reasonably good music capabilities and have a great microphone so that people could hear me clearly. All of the above and not make my ears go hot.
Summary: This is amazing Anyone that says it isnt base enough is wrong that or they have crap sound cards. Its comfy Great sound and base, The Mic is Epic I had the PC 330 and they were like a vice on my head these are a tad tight but but there tight enough to be comfy, I opted for these over the PC 363 because the 7.1 usb is a waste of money when you have a good sound card.
Summary: I have to say I've been through quite a few different headsets from razer to roccat but never spent quite this much on a pair, I have to say it is money very very well spent on a top quality product. The headset itself comes with no accessories whatsoever which is a lil upsetting since I wouldn't mind a mic and headphone to 4 pole adapter so i could use it with my phone and macbook pro but hey.
Summary: The build of this headset seems like it'll last a good while, especially the microphone and the hinges which are usually the first to go on headsets. The cable is a nice woven material that doesn't tangle easily. Ideally I've like the cable to be removable/replaceable due to the cost of these as snags are possibility when connecting direct to the machine.
Summary: Something I've been looking for, for years. A headset that has a good quality mic, good quality sound and good build quality. Too many on the market hype surround sound, or "gaming" credentials but have poor build quality & terrible sound (Razer, I'm looking at you!). These however are great - good solid sound quality, crystal mic, and they feel like they'll last forever.
Summary: Works very well with an appropriate sound card, hence why I bought the Creative Sound Blaster Z. Nice comfortable open eared pads and fold away mic. All sound management is located on the ear itself which just adds to the clutter free use. If you have the money buy them, if not I would save till you can because they are very very good.
